Nikki Vee | CYT-200 | Founder & Teacher
Create Your Sunshine & Kirtan Caravan
Nikki Vee has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga since 2017 and has been practicing for over 20 years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Fort Collins, CO, in 2016.
Her lifelong passion for health and wellness also led her to become a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012. She is Reiki One and Access® Bars attuned, and is the founder of Create Your Sunshineand Kirtan Caravan.
In addition to her asana practice, Bhakti yoga and the practice of Kirtan have become a tremendous part of Nikki’s spiritual path. She loves sharing the joy of mantra, music, and devotion as a way to connect more deeply with the heart and with community.
Nikki’s teaching style emphasizes creating a soft and sacred environment where students can explore breath, intuition, and presence. Her slower-paced classes invite time and space in each posture, with options for all levels, encouraging students to honor their own unique practice and journey.
She currently teaches yoga monthly at the NoCo Cat Café and hosts a monthly Kirtan gathering in her home, creating spaces where movement, music, and community come together. Please join us!

Jennifer Garcia | RYT-200 Kirtan Caravan Teacher
Jennifer has been working as a neonatal nurse since 2005, and has always had an interest in a holistic approach to healthcare and wellness. She discovered yoga when searching for relief from chronic neck pain and stress. After years of a regular yoga practice from which she noticed many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits, she was inspired to become a yoga teacher herself. Jennifer completed her 200 hour RYT in 2014, and since then has guided a variety of yoga and meditation classes, teacher trainings, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats. In 2018, she also became an Usui Tibetan Reiki Master.
Jennifer was given the spiritual name of “Rasa” after completing her yoga teacher training. It simply means the absolute heart of something, and speaks to her personality in that she is genuine and honest and puts her whole self into everything she does, including the practice and teaching of yoga.
Jennifer specializes in gentle yoga, yoga for the neck & shoulders, yoga for beginners, restorative yoga, and guided meditations, including yoga nidra. She also has extensive experience in the traditional styles of hatha and vinyasa yoga. The focus for her students is on self-care and stress reduction, and she enjoys incorporating the use of music, essential oils, and crystals into her classes.
Jennifer’s mission is simply to share the joys of yoga and meditation with all who show interest. Her philosophy is that anyone can do yoga and experience its many benefits, and her teaching style nurtures this intention. All of her classes are accessible to people with all levels of yoga experience, including none at all. She loves to offer others the opportunity to feel healthier and happier through the practices of yoga and meditation.
